Toto toilets are beautiful but a bit tricky to repair. Yesterday, on a SUNDAY request, Sean was the first to respond, asked the right questions, and had me send photos, then committed to a flat rate and offered to repair my Toto toilet the very next morning. It is now less than 24 hours from my initial communication with Sean, and my toilet is fixed, my bathroom is clean, and this amazing experience, I think the company name, Orange County Drains, is really an alter ego for OCD (in a good way). OCD was on time, on budget, and exceeded my expectations. They have a happy customer.

Sean Clayton came out to help us identify the issue with water clogging up our dryer air duct. He offered to use his drain camera to figure out what the problem was for $99– wayyy less than another company said it’d cost for the same service ($360 just for a camera inspection!? Uhhh no thanks)
Sean is 100% the man who identifies your problems and presents effective solutions. Family-owned and operated business, AKA you’re not getting screwed paying for a big company’s operational costs and the commission they gotta pay their workers.

I rarely need a plumber because I’m a do it yourself type of guy, but once my house began to constantly get backed up I knew it was a problem I couldn’t do. I called OCD and they were timely, professional, and fair with their pricing. They were able to clear the sewer line and diagnose the problem using a camera.
What surprised me the most about this company was how they left my house exactly how they found it. Nothing out of place. Everything was neat and clean. This has not been my experience with other plumbing companies in the past. That’s why I’m giving OCD 5 stars.
